“Our reputation is growing, built on a foundation of the best in patient care, innovation, and quality of service that both referring physicians and patients alike can rely on,” says Dr. Gibbs. “American Vein has seen an astonishing growth since January 2010, primarily due to our carefully chosen staff of well-credentialed, vein-specialized physicians.”

Chief Medical Executive Gordon Gibbs, M.D., and his wife Erin Reilly Gibbs, co-founders of American Vein & Vascular Institute, opened their first clinic in 2009 in Pueblo, Colorado. Today, American Vein & Vascular Institute operates seven clinic locations in Colorado and Texas, a retail business — The Compression Center, and the Practice Management office, now headquartered in downtown Colorado Springs. In the past year and a half, American Vein & Vascular Institute has become the largest network of vein and vascular centers in Colorado. With plans of continual expansion, American Vein & Vascular Institute was excited to announce the opening of two additional clinics in 2015 in Colorado Springs and Littleton, Colorado. The company began with three employees and now employs 55.

“To be recognized on ColoradoBiz Magazine’s Top 250 Private Companies list is a reflection of our staff’s achievement and their dedication to the very best in patient care and management,” said Erin Gibbs.
